• Proposals are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

• Service agreements will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before any work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as outlined in your service contract.

• Payment terms will always be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in invoices or service agreements.

• Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

• Any additional costs (such as advertising spend, third-party tools, or design assets) are separate from Elneo Marketing’s service fees. These will be clearly communicated in advance.

• Clients must connect their own payment method directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, ManyChat, Metricool).

Intellectual Property

• All content created by Elneo Marketing (including graphics, text, and campaign materials) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Once paid in full, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as agreed in writing.

• Until full payment is received, you may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

 

Client Responsibilities

• To deliver effective services, you agree to provide accurate and timely information, including business details, promotional campaigns, and feedback.

• Delays in providing necessary materials may impact timelines and outcomes.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you supply to us (such as logos, images, or copy).

Limitation of Liability

• While we aim to provide high-quality marketing services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as sales figures, rankings, or engagement rates.

• Elneo Marketing will not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, or business disruption arising from the use of our services or website.

Third-Party Tools & Advertising Platforms

• We may recommend or set up third-party tools and advertising platforms (such as ManyChat, Metricool, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).

• These services are billed separately by the provider and are not included in our service fees.

• Clients are responsible for connecting their own payment method directly to these platforms.

• While we can advise on usage, Elneo Marketing is not responsible for downtime, billing errors, or changes made by third-party providers.

Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service contract.

• Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
